Tour Weekends are the biggest Magic: The Gathering celebrations of the year. These three-day events bring together the best M:TG players from around Canada to celebrate everything Magic! Tour Weekends are also packed with events for all players, from the Regional Championships that feed the Pro Tour and World Championships to our weekend-long Commander Packages! You must earn an invitation to play in the Tour Championship. The Tour Championship will be hosted on MTG Melee.
The F2F Tour Championship (Canada’s Regional Championship) is the top level of competitive Magic: the Gathering in Canada. The Round 3 Tour Championship grants 8 top players invitations to represent Canada at Pro Tour Barcelona in July. The winner also earns a spot at the World Championships. Win big with $20 000 USD of prize money up for grabs, foil promos for 8 top players, and exclusive participation promos and playmat Golden Tickets for all participants.
You must earn an invitation to play in the Tour Championship. Invitations are won at local game store qualifiers, F2F Tour Opens and Qualifiers, or at Friday Last Chance Qualifiers. Invitations are required for each Championship. For example, to play in both the Eastern and Western Tour Championships, a player requires two separate invitations won at two separate tournaments.
